Please Note: Sponsorships and underwriting opportunities may not be split between multiple organizations or unrelated individuals for any event. Married couples and members of the same household may share a sponsorship or underwriting commitment. Each sponsorship or underwriting opportunity must be fulfilled by a single entity. Sponsorship pledges must be fulfilled prior to the event in order to participate. If you are supporting our events as an underwriter, we kindly request that you fulfill your pledge prior to your logo or name being used in any event promotion. All gifts are non-refundable.

By submitting this pledge form, I acknowledge that this constitutes a commitment to the INTEGRIS Health Foundation. Sponsors are expected to fulfill their pledges prior to the event date. Underwriters are expected to fulfill their pledges prior to their logo or name being printed on any event materials, promotional items, or signage. Gala Sponsorship Opportunities
All sponsorships include seats at the INTEGRIS Health Gala.
Presenting Sponsor | $30,000
Includes prime seating for 20 people at two tables for 10. Your logo will be integrated into gala branding and appear prominently on event signage and all promotional materials, including social media, the website, participant emails (sent to 250+ business leaders), and the Foundation newsletter. You will also receive a full-page ad in our event program, a VIP gift, on-stage acknowledgement, and, pending availability, the opportunity to invite the INTEGRIS Health executive of your choice to join you at your table. Upon request, car service will be provided to and from the event.
Champion Sponsor | $20,000
Includes prime seating for 16 at two tables for eight, a half-page ad in our event program, a VIP gift, on-stage acknowledgement, and, pending availability, the opportunity to invite an INTEGRIS Health executive of your choice to join you at your table.
Visionary Sponsor | $15,000
Includes prime seating for 10 at one full table, premium logo placement in our event program, and an on-stage acknowledgement during introductory remarks.
Platinum Sponsor | $10,000
Includes prime seating for 10 at one full table and logo placement in our event program.
Gold Sponsor | $5,000
Includes preferred seating for eight at one full table and your name in our event program.

Your logo is prominently placed on paddles given to every attendee to be used during the most impactful segment of the program.

Your logo is included on each digital and printed picture taken in the photo booth and given to guests.

Festive centerpieces integrating your logo are placed on each table at the gala.

Includes a full-page ad on the back cover of the event's printed program, which is placed on every seat in the ballroom.

Valet parking is available to all gala guests, and a thank-you note with your logo is left in each vehicle. You may provide a branded takeaway to accompany each note.
Cocktail Hour Underwriter | $5,000
Your logo is prominently displayed at all bars during the cocktail hour and in the printed program.
Bar Underwriter | $5,000
